I have more than 10 years in multinational FMCG, healthcare and services organizations where I had the opportunity to work with many nationalities and diverse workgroups.My main competitive advantages are the costing, budgeting, financial analysis & creating automated financial models. Also, I have a great ability understanding new complex processes and very good in transformation of cultures and developing teams with great team work spirit.Going up the ladder in the organizational structure, I have learned that it takes three main things to succeed: 1st: Don't be over dependent, but try to be more independent. Learn stuff by yourself, educate yourself with online courses, improve your skills with online resources. (For those who work in finance and analysis, I advise to master the Microsoft Excel by yourself through YouTube & Google)2nd: Don't be afraid to make mistakes, but have the courage to take a corrective action. Never be afraid to say "Sorry, I made a mistake", but don't just settle there, go and fix it! 3rd: Teamwork, sharing knowledge, group discussions and brainstorming, without them you are alone! Being alone means doing the work too slow to catch opportunities. With these four activities, you will build a strong healthy network with your colleagues, stakeholders & managers. You will learn 2x times faster! You will get to know the people and people will get to know you which is great, you are spending at least 9 hours with these people every working day! And remember, a leader creates more leaders and a strong team is definitely a reflection of a strong leader.It is worth mentioning that beside my work experience, I am: - CMA holder since December 2016 (License No. 51982)- A SAP user with great knowledge in CO, MM & FI Modules- An advanced Microsoft Excel user- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Power Bi- Strong in creating and building financial excel models for different business functions
