Current• Provides bid & project activities throughout the bid and project lifecycle to the satisfaction of the client.• Provides clients a direct liaison between the owner and the contractor.• Resolves client complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to client.• Develop operational policies and procedure for increased sales and business growth. • Develop and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency. • Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills by providing guidance and support to staff in case of conflicts and work related issues.
