Field Supervisor
Current- Provides bid & project activities throughout the bid and project lifecycle to the satisfaction of the client.
- Provides clients a direct liaison between the owner and the contractor.
- Resolves client complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to client.
- Develop operational policies and procedure for increased sales and business growth.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills by providing guidance and support to staff in case of conflicts and work related issues.
