Senior Client Relations Manager, managing a variety of events/clients throughout the year. Clients mainly dealing with the PGA TOUR and select tournaments put on by them. My primary focus is to be client facing assuming complete ownership of the project life-cycle from inception to completion, working in tandem with all SSE departments to ensure customer satisfaction and quality delivery.

- Strategically plan and execute all aspects of project installation at numerous PGATOUR events- Coordinate with PGA TOUR staff and other vendors to determine installationwindows- Management of multiple projects of varying size simultaneously- Conduct regular meetings between in-house Fabrication and Vinyl Productionteam members- Work closely with client’s agencies to ensure all items produced are withincompany branding guidelines- Liaison between clients and in house creative team to ensure proper projectexecution- Organize and communicate a staff schedule and installation calendar fordissemination throughout the organization- Maintain project database tracking all phases of execution- Assist in the implementation of newly created project management software- Prepare estimates for installation and production of inventory- Source and secure equipment necessary for job execution- Organize and facilitate employee and product logistics- Develop and oversee budget for travel, and administration of projects.- Update Operation Director regularly on performance employees and anyanticipated items requiring his attention

- Organize all practice and game set up duties.- Manage equipment orders and processing.- Monitor and update player folders.- Acquire and modify scouting reports.- Assist with field maintenance.- Create charts and calculate statistics for players.- Lead recruitment tours.
