Serve as the Adimab representative responsible for supplying lead antibody candidates to fill infectious disease pipeline of a European partner. Responsible for formal project updates to CEO of European partner and key scientific direction related to projects focused on novel targets. Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Profiling Group. Worked independently under the guidance of a Senior Scientist. Developed a streamlined protocol for the recombinant production, purification (to >95%), and QC of several ErbB signalling network ligands. Designed primers and genes for synthesis. Screened a Saccharomyces cerevisiae displayed non-immune human antibody library for ligand and receptor binders by FACS. Characterized binders, including epitope mapping of the strongest candidates, using FACS Calibur, BIAcore, and KinExA. Expressed high affinity scFvs in E. coli. Purified and prepared antigens for murine immunizations.
