I have taken on some big projects as a Senior Consultant, ranging from creating an in-house application for staff time management (defining requirements, designing the process flows, designing the front-end, building the backend, configuring the server set up as well as defining reporting requirements and building automated and on-demand reporting for it).

This role provided the opportunity to provide great service to a number of clients. I was fortunate enough to work as an external consultant with a fantastic team at GSK, with roles ranging from tester (building, validating and executing test cases, creating and following up with defects) and test lead (managing test case builds, cycles, resources) to POC.

As an operations analyst at a large not-for-profit medical supplies distribution centre, I was responsible for the following tasks:1) Data analysis - required for phasing in and phasing out products, product tracking, labour tracking, special projects2) Communication - front-end communication with clients regarding recalls, product conversions and general.
