Managing and providing oversight to the Joint Capabilities Support to National Emergencies (JCStoNE)program in support of the Defense Support to Civil Authority (DSCA) mission area and actions to improve defense support in Complex Catastrophes. Working with the Johns Hopkins University (JHU) Applied Physics Lab (APL) to develop the software tools necessary to allow Geographic Combatant Commanders (GCC) planners to quickly and accurately identify possible forces to rapidly support incident response operations. The project will enable the GCC planners tasked with deriving these forces to rapidly coalesce availability and readiness of appropriate units in order to respond with a preferred force sourced crisis action plan.
