My enthusiasm and energy, and creativity and adaptability, paired with my resilient nature and excellent organisation skills, is why I consider myself a steadfast individual. My education background includes achieving a First Class BSc (Hons) Degree in Business and Management with Leisure and Tourism from Edge Hill University. During this time I also earned CMI Level 5 Certification in Management and Leadership. I am ambitious, driven and hard working, demonstrated by my determination to achieve a first class honours degree during the challenging years of the coronavirus pandemic.My decision to travel the world since led me to develop independence and adaptability, and provided the opportunity to nurture cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills whilst also challenging me to be an effective planner and problem solver. Alongside this, I have developed professional skills across the hospitality, tourism, retail and leisure spaces. I took pride in ensuring positive client experience thriving in fast moving environments, and through this learned collaboration skills and how to resolve conflict.
