In my time as an Information Systems Technician, I have gained valuable skills relating to customer service and support, as well as problem solving and a knack for finding a solution in situations some might give up on. My personal game plan in any given situation is almost always "find the best option for everyone involved," whether that is for work related solution, or just getting the whole team involved in a big project.With nearly 8 years working with Computers, in both a hobby and professional space, I have learned to be adaptable to anything that comes through the door, because there is no possible way to predict what you're going to deal with next, and that has lead to an exceedingly adaptable skillset and mindset with any task I find in my lap.
