As a Team Coordinator, I manage and plan systematic data collection across the western United States and Canada. I recruit, hire, and manage well-organized groups of Mobile Mapping Operators who drive across various road networks throughout the two countries. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to project planning, data management, and time and resource administration. Additionally, I report and communicate project updates, progress status', and risks to customers and stakeholders.In regards to team coordination, I have experience in ArcMap/QGIS (data manipulation), Microsoft Suite applications (reporting), JIRA/Gantt (project management), and Workday (administration).For people management, my collegiate background is in Psychology. I have experience in hospital environments, customer service positions, and sales. Currently, I organize daily, weekly, and monthly phone calls with employees and help facilitate problems and solutions across departments.
