Once again I was asked to carryout a new company initative at the peak of the residential building boom in the US. I was tasked with developing and managing a new Residential Sales Team for the entire east coast which also included establishing a new dealer network for selling Arriscraft's residential stone and brick products. My new team of 6 Territory Managers quickly and aggressivley developed a new dealer network of 140+ locations to distribute products. The team collectively developed new colors and products for the residential market, and I developed and carried out new training and marketing programs for the dealer network. Despite tough economic conditions, US residential product sales had grown each year and have continued to grow.

I was once again recruited from within to relocate to the United States to further develop and establish new market opportunities for Arriscraft's architectural product lines in Texas, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, British Columbia and Alberta. Initiated numerous new marketing programs and tools developed specifically for the midwest and west coast markets while implementing a continuous education and training program for dealer representatives. Presented over 250+ AIA/CES Lunch & Learns that resulted in 100's of projects with key architectural firms throughout the region. My main focus was on strengthening old and building new client relationships with Dealers, Architects, Masons and General Contractors throughout the territory. Sales grew from just over $1 million to over $5 million.

Recruited from within to turn around and develop new builder and architectural business for Arriscraft's masonry products in Eastern Ontario. After 5 straight years of stagnant sales, I was able to come in and effectivlely increase product awareness throughout the territory and increase demand yearly for masonry products that would be bought and sold through a chain of regionalized dealers. I established new relationships and recreated a brand presence in the marketplace with large tract builders, custom home builders, mason contractors and architects. Sales grew from just over $500,000 to just over $3 million.

After working in the shipping department part time for 2 years, I was given an opportunity to run and oversee the production of all marketing and sales tools for the entire North American sales team.During this time, I managed all incoming dealer and sales representaive requests and put together a solid team of people that was able to support our growing product lines and new market demands for sales promotional items.
