Hello! My name is Michael (Mikey) to most. I've been working in manufacturing, distribution and general warehousing for 10+ years. I've done at least a little bit of everything from the bottom to the top. I started out at the base level doing order selecting for Hayden Beverage Co when I was in my early 20's, I worked my way up into leadership and training roles and after a few years I moved on to a more opportunistic environment with a start up company in product development and manufacturing. Since then I've learned, worked and gained experience in almost every department imaginable in regards to manufacturing, distribution and wholesale. Managing everything from purchasing and inventory control to machine procurement and maintenance, production teams and system administration, material planning and data reporting, shipping and logistics. You name it, I've done it in one way or another.I love what I do, I love to learn and I appreciate any opportunity that I have to do so. I'm very experienced in warehousing but I always look forward to fine tuning my knowledge and growing my level of experience so I make it a priority to meet new people involved in this type or work space. I take my roles very seriously and I'm a results driven person but I do enjoy to have fun while doing it. I'm a family man, married with two amazing children and I'm an Idahoan through and through.
