I have over 24 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry and I am currently a Senior Project Manager and Principal at BL Companies, which is a 100% Employee-Owned Architecture, Engineering, Environmental, and Land Survey firm with offices throughout the northeast, mid-Atlantic, and southeast regions of the US. My responsibilities include leading a group of environmental professionals in the mid-Atlantic region, as well as the management of environmental due diligence, remediation, and natural resource projects. My experience includes performing and managing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, environmental remediation, underground storage tank closures, contaminant fate and transport modeling, indoor air quality evaluations, receptor surveys and exposure pathway assessments, Property Condition Assessments, and the preparation of a variety of regulatory and non-regulatory reports. My work experience includes projects in both the public and private sectors. I have been responsible for successful investigation, remediation and regulatory closure of many contaminated properties under the Pennsylvania Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act (Act 2) and other regulatory programs in the mid-Atlantic region.
