Michael Beaulieu is a Managing Director at EY in the Government and Public Sector Practice (GPS) with over 20 years of consulting experience. Michael leads accounts in the GPS sector, including the U.S. Department of Commerce (DoC), the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), and the Export-Import Bank of the U.S. (EXIM). Michael is also responsible for the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the United Nations (UN) accounts. Michael also serves as the GPS Quality and Risk Management Leader.
