I'm currently a CRM Data Strategy Analyst for SkyBet, utilising over 3 years of experience with Unica for campaign building, deployment and monitoring. Marketing Campaigns (Email, Onsite notification, SMS, Push, DM) are built using Unica and SQL with Acoustic/Airship being used for SMS/Push notification deployment. Separate to marketing campaigns, I also undertake tasks for crediting accounts, any promotional tracking and customer research campaigns.To execute successful campaigns I collaborate with our Product/Strategy and Comms teams (this is to understand all tasks required, to shape the customer experience and to remove any barriers either for the customers or for the data build. I also need to be proactive and be alert for any incidents that should affect campaigns and be able to swiftl raise and investigate issues and ultimatley manage and resolve these rare instances.
