Quality And Measurement Supervisor

Product Quality Coordinator
• Establish relationships with terminal managers and technicians to provide consistent implementation of Quality Management System ﴾QMS﴿ procedures and practices at the operational level and ensure commodity and product transfer documentation regulatory compliance at all BP facilities• Supported Operational Excellence for quality• Interim Quality Assurance Advisor for Olympic Pipeline, until full time replacement could be hired and trained• Provide support to other quality coordinators and measurement engineers in order to deliver team objectives• Assist Global Fuels Technology on requests for specific sampling and resolving terminal quality issues• Ensure new products/additives or changes to existing products/additives are documented in accordance with BP’s Management of Change policy• Administer field quality assurance sampling programs at the pipeline, terminal and marine level• Assist pipeline and terminal field personnel on issues related to product quality assurance, site‐specific requirements and procedures• Work with facilities to ensure sample rooms HSSE and quality standards are in place• Perform proprietary terminal quality audits, identify associated action items and assist with their closure• Develop, maintain & perform evaluations on field employees who perform quality testing to verify procedures are understood and being followed• Ensure product testing equipment is calibrated and functioning within statistical control• Assist in identifying new technology, particularly technologies that would enhance quality assurance coupled with improved efficiency for field personnel• Advise engineering on projects that may impact product quality• Support training activities by delivering effective and impactful presentations aligned to audience needs• Deliver well-written technical and procedural documentation• Participated in Root Cause Investigations of quality incidents and assisted with closing identified gaps/action items
Training Coordinator
