Weighed many opportunities before deciding to re-enter the workforce. This firm, Lafayette RE, is the best decision I ever made. Better culture, leadership and management by far. My initial project was to create a complete, operating, Transaction Management platform for 1x1 acquisitions. The platform we initiated was created by a transaction developer which we customized. The goal to launch was October, but it was completed ahead of schedule. Shortly after, I was privileged to add two fantastic totally remote Transaction Coordinators. Both with strong & diverse backgrounds that know how to work, get the job done, and be leaders to propel the company to greater heights. The initial software platform developed was sunsetted by year end so, as a strongly united team, we developed a replacement platform which was more complex, but also more comprehensive in its' operational capacities. As a result, we can compete with the best of them and do even more.
