With over nine years of experience in the criminal justice field, I have developed a passion for helping offenders reintegrate into society and overcome their challenges. As a Probation Parole Officer at NCDPS, I worked with a diverse caseload of clients, providing supervision, assessment, referral, and intervention services. I also served as a Treatment Court Coordinator at New Hanover County, where I coordinated and managed court programs for offenders with substance abuse and mental health issues. In this role, I collaborated with judges, attorneys, treatment providers, and community partners to ensure the effective delivery and compliance of the programs. I have strong skills in communication, problem-solving, case management, and crisis intervention. I am committed to promoting public safety, justice, and rehabilitation, and I am eager to apply my expertise and experience to a new opportunity in the criminal justice sector.
