Current-Currently supporting over 38 Orthopaedic practices using eClinicalworks, OrthoPartner, Misys and other EHR software. -Administer remote and on-site eClincalworks and OrthoPartner software installations, upgrades, updates and maintenance.-Implement eCW Licensing, Fee Schedules, Messaging, e-Scribe, Patient Portals and Meaningful Use functionality.-Serving as the primary Information Technology chair for Compliance Team projects relating to HIPAA, OrthoPartner certification via Drummond Inc, CCHIT, HITECH and Meaningful Use initiatives.-Manage in-depth financial and administrative report generation and delivery (eCW, APL and custom).-Created over 600 support and operational procedures for all departments of GVA & Associates and clients.-Conduct structured training for practices, physicians, departments and individuals on multiple EHR systems including oPartner. eClinicalworks, Mysis Tiger, and Nextgen. -Transcription Department development, implementation and software support-Manage hardware, software and licensing quotes and ordering via Dell Premier and other partnered vendor accounts.-Served as Kinex DME project manager.
