Chief Corporate Development Officer
CurrentIn my role as Chief Corporate Development Officer, I report directly to the Chairman and CEO. I help shape and influence the success of the firm through engagement with the labor market and our employees, clients and consultants. Responsibilities include:• Leading the collections, analysis and presentation of feedback to the firm of investors’ perceptions and opinions, brokerage security analysts’ positions and summaries, relative stock price movement and periodic ownership analysis.• Leading the Global Investor Relations Program, which includes the strategy, operating plan, budget and detailed execution of the IR operating plan.• Being a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions team. I direct, execute and review strategic and competitive analyses as needed to assure that capital market value will be created by prospective transactions.• Leading and/or partnering on strategic communication for all constituents including customers, investors, employees, suppliers, regulators, communities and more.• Speaking on behalf of Kforce at investment presentations, institutions, and individual meetings.
