CurrentMichael A. Blake specializes in procuring patent protection for solo inventors and for small to medium sized businesses. Additionally Michael provides Trademark and Copyright legal services. The Law Offices of Michael A. Blake was formed to provide one-on-one service to each client without the high overhead costs, time and budget constraints found at larger law firms. At many larger law firms, patent attorneys are required to write each patent application in about two and a half days in order to meet the firm's billing requirements. Michael believes that taking only two and a half days to craft a patent application which will provide patent protection for his client's important inventions is simply doing a disservice to the client. It is Michael's goal to dedicate as much time as necessary to gain a complete understanding of his client's invention in order to provide the best possible patent protection, while still maintaining costs below that of the larger law firms.
