Design of custom hydraulic systems for individual customers requirements using 3D Solidworks Cad systems in an ISO9001 environment.Technical Support – Phone and on site support for Hydac Hydraulic Division products which includes Power Units, Cartridge Valves and Hydraulic Coolers.Education – Responsible for the training and assembly and testing procedures and other documentation of hydraulic technicians.

Project Management – Control of hydraulic and pneumatic projects from concept through initial design, R&D, completion and installation.Supervision - Supervision of Hydraulic and Pneumatic system installation and hose routing by shop level employees, and of schematic draftsman.System Design – Responsible for complete hydraulic and pneumatic system design for systems up to 70 GPM and 3500 PSI. Including safety circuits, load holding, pressurized reservoirs, spray actuators and all components necessary for operation of the machinery.Component selection and implementation, BOM generation and maintenance. Schematic generation and maintenance. Engineering documentation generation and maintenance.

Territory Management – Responsible for Midwestern Territory. Managed all projects from initial lead through design including installation.Performance - Increased sales 300% in three years, consistently exceeded company goals, and led sales in mechanical clamping product line.Products – Hydraulic and Mechanical Quick Die Change Systems for metal stamping and plastic injection molding applications. Also custom mold handling applications. Each system was custom built to the individual shops requirements and needs.
