• Configure and maintain regional office servers and internal network connections, • Provide support for end-users for PC hardware and software questions• Technical consultant for PC, Network, and broadcast technologies used,• Manage and deploy software updates and software load deliveries using Ford SDS software,• Provide liaison support to IT department for all IT related issues including network infrastructure, VoIP, server storage, software updates, and computer lease management,• Regional office support traveling extensively throughout the US to provide onsite support
