Integrated to Professional Services New Platform Implementations. Responsible for successful activation and implementation of new HealthStream customers. Collaborated with customer’s team members including IT, HR staff and LMS administrative personnel to ensure organization’s needs were met throughout the activation process. Weekly implementation status reports provided to Manager of Implementation Services. Assisted in the execution of streamlined product implementation plans via SalesForce which resulted in an increased customer base to 118 new hospitals and 105 new pharmaceutical medical device companies.Responsible for successful new product onboarding for HealthStream Provider Trust partnership. Collaborated with Associate Product Manager and vendor to define process for HealthStream implementation model, including documentation of implementation policy, processes and procedures. Examine current training techniques for team to ensure that the implementation personnel have the training, knowledge, and tools to efficiently and effectively implement customers or handle any post-implementation needs. Collaborated with Provider Trust management team to define updated import file model to accommodate HealthStream’s user’s departments and disciplines. Added roles and features as needed to the HealthStream Learning Center to accommodate implementation team. Conducted and led training for team members that included Provider Trust video training via WebEx. Collaborated with Customer Service Manager and Associate Product Manager to establish Provider Trust tracking features via SalesForce. Responsible for day to day communications with Associate Product Manager regarding project status, timelines and resource levels that impact product integration.Improved customer satisfaction ratings through suggestion, development, and assisting customers with hands on use of product.
