Works closely with Product/Solution Leadership to understand their strategic direction for the whole lane, as well as individual products being developed and to understand commitments, priorities, and delivery expectations. Understands work objectives from multiple perspectives and levels including the executive level. Work with product management and other project stakeholders to elicit business requirements; collaborate on the development of metrics to determine product success. Leverage technical experience to communicate product needs to the development team; able to question/challenge development and QA resources to facilitate constructive brainstorming and solution design. Work with distributed teams during development & QA to provide guidance and ensure business requirements and functional specifications are met. Build strong business relationships across functional teams involved in releasing or supporting the solution and ensure a smooth transition of new products and features into production. Identify, track and help remove impediments adversely affecting delivery expectations. Deliver consistent, clear, and timely communication (both written and verbal) to Product/Solution leadership. Manage team resource needs, risks, issues, project scope and contingency plans, while escalating to leadership when appropriate.

The Senior Implementation Project Manager Manager proactively develops the relationship between HealthStream and the customer's System Administrator/Project Manager, making sure the customer has the knowledge and resources to successfully implement the HealthStream learning management system and other products which the customer has purchased. The Implementation Manager will be the customer's primary point of contact during Professional Service engagements and will offer consultative guidance throughout the process. Responsibilities also include directly working with Product Managers in order to effectively onboard new products for integration into the implementation process which includes creation of implementation process documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Initiate implementation process with the customer which includes a “Kick Off” meeting with both the customer and HealthStream teams.Evaluate customer requirements and make recommendations to meet those requirements. Build and configure new learning management sites, activate new content/products, and execute other Professional Service related projects (e.g. hierarchy reconfiguration) as required. Conduct quality assurance review of newly set up sites, activated content, etc. to ensure proper set up and functionality prior to turnover to Customer Service. Assist the sales representatives on pre-sale implementation conferences with prospective customers. Effectively track and implement multiple projects at the same time. Coordinate any actions requiring the involvement of a HealthStream database administrator. (E.g. database changes/clean up, User ID changes) Serve as primary Healthstream technical resource during Professional Service Projects.
