Houston Methodist Hospital Baytown Expansion Patient Tower, Central Utility Plant, Parking DeckCurrently site Program Manager on the expansion project with scope including a new 5 story building with 75 patient rooms and support spaces (148,000 sf), new Central Utility Plant (3,200 tons with emergency genset power), new Elevated Parking Deck (352 spaces) and full procurement of all medical equipment, FF&E and IT equipment. Project’s current total construction budget is $148.5 million and 33 months in construction duration.ED Expansion Sr. Project ManagerProject involved the construction and furnishing of a new 3 story, 90,000sf building connected to the existing hospital with 7 new operating rooms, new med/surg patient rooms, and expansion of the emergency room department. Project was completed in the $58 million approved budget and 29-month construction timeline.Outpatient BuildingSr. Project ManagerProject involved construction and equipment furnishing of a new standalone 85,000sf two-story outpatient services building with shared entry with existing Ambulatory Care Center Building. Build out of spaces inside included Imaging Center, Primary Care, Employee Gym, Conference Center, IT Training Rooms, Ortho/Sports Medicine, Lab, and Occupational medicine. Project was delivered in the $32 million approved budget and 20-month timeline. Houston Methodist Hospital Clear Lake ProjectsPhase 1 Central Plant ExpansionProject ManagerExpansion of existing Central Plant with new electrical service, new generators, electrical gear and expansion of existing structure with storm surge protection due to hurricane Harvey design code changes with the city. Project was completed within the approved 15-month schedule and $12 million budget. Project also won the 2019 ENR Texas/Louisiana project award. Malabo Dos Campus Facility, Equatorial Guinea, West AfricaProject Manager $113+ million office and residential campus compound in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, West Africa. Involved from initial detailed design phase, bidding, construction, commissioning, and handover to facilities group, and final sub-contractor closeouts. The scope of work involved the development of a completely self-contained (power generation, water, wastewater) standalone “greenfield” site with construction of a mid-rise, seven story, mixed use office and residential tower along with individual apartments, duplexes, hospital and recreation center.Keota Gas and LNG Plant, Denver, CO Project Controls Manager$147+ million gas processing and LNG plant facility. Scope of work involved the design and construction of a 45 MMCFD Cryogenic Gas Plant, LNG plant and 225 MVA substation in northern Colorado on a completely remote site. The facility included condensate stabilization, inlet compression, amine treating, cryogenic natural gas liquids (NGL) recovery, product storage, residue compression, and an 100k gal/day LNG facility.Noa and Pinnacles Field Development, Houston, TX Project Controls LeadCost and schedule lead on $305+ million Noa and Pinnacles developments. Scope of work included the EPCI of a three well, 11 mile subsea tie-back in 2,500ft of water to the existing Mari-B production platform, offshore Israel. Responsible for establishing project WBS, AFE budget and cost control setup, schedule development and progressing in Primavera P3, drilling and completions cost and schedule coordination and overall Project Controls management of team from detailed design phase to project 1st gas.Mari-B Gas Compression Addition, Houston, TX Project Cost ControllerCost lead on $85+ million gas compressor addition. Scope of work included the EPCI of three Solar Titan gas turbines and associated topsides equipment onto the existing Noble Mari-B production platform, offshore Israel.

Thermal Energy Corporation Central Plant Expansion ProjectField Project Controls in Owner PM/CM consulting role on $367+ million central plant expansion with co-generation unit. Responsible for initial setup and updating of document control and cost module activities in Meridian Prolog database. Assist Project Manager in prime contract change management, contract reviews, bid recommendations, sub-contract cost review, and assist in monthly schedule and progress reviews utilizing Primavera P6. Other duties include analyses and input to monthly Owner progress report on cost associated issues and assembly of a separate internal monthly cost report. Home Office Cost EngineerResponsible for internal margin analysis and reporting for Jacobs Facilities PM/CM projects and limited design projects. Duties include initial setup and monthly updating of multiple projects in Jacobs JPOD reporting system, collaboration with project and senior management in developing and loading performance budgets, pricing analysis, change management, calculating project completion estimates, and any special analysis as required.

Petrobras- P53 Turret ProjectCost controls on Petrobras’ $90+ million P-53 Turret, a 75 riser turret onto the hull of the Petrobras’ P-53 floating production, storage and offloading vessel (FPSO). The turret is the worlds’ largest ever built and was delivered on time and under budget by the project team. Responsible for setting up project in proprietary cost management system by establishing control budgets, tracking commitments and actuals, evaluating accurate completion estimates for monthly forecast by working closely with project and procurement manager. Assisted Project and Engineering manager in preparing and tracking changes for Owner and yard sub-contract, produced manpower reports, and assisted in developing monthly internal and Client report. Star Deep Water Petroleum- Agbami Calm Buoy ProjectOversaw cost on Chevron $78+ million consortium project – deepwater oil offloading export system for the Agbami development offshore Nigeria. The very large export buoy includes 2 x 20" oil offloading lines and is moored to suction anchor piles in the seabed with 3x3 bundles of chain/steel wire rope combination. In charge of monthly cost forecast and biweekly project status reports for internal management and consortium partners. Developed and maintained a monthly cash plan based on actual and planned cash flows, assessed project foreign exchange requirements and made appropriate recommendations to group treasury.Petrobras -PRA1 Calm Buoys ProjectTracked cost on two very large and complex oil export buoys. The $35+ million project included engineering, procurement and construction of the main buoy body and mooring leg systems. Setup and updated monthly cost report and cash planning in cost system. This project presented a unique challenge do to local content requirements and multiple companies involved which required careful development and analysis of consolidated cost reports.
