Assisted Project and Engineering manager in preparing and tracking changes for Owner and yard sub-contract, produced manpower reports, and assisted in developing monthly internal and Client report. Star Deep Water Petroleum- Agbami Calm Buoy ProjectOversaw cost on Chevron $78+ million consortium project – deepwater oil offloading export system for the Agbami development offshore Nigeria. The very large export buoy includes 2 x 20" oil offloading lines and is moored to suction anchor piles in the seabed with 3x3 bundles of chain/steel wire rope combination. In charge of monthly cost forecast and biweekly project status reports for internal management and consortium partners. Developed and maintained a monthly cash plan based on actual and planned cash flows, assessed project foreign exchange requirements and made appropriate recommendations to group treasury.Petrobras -PRA1 Calm Buoys ProjectTracked cost on two very large and complex oil export buoys. The $35+ million project included engineering, procurement and construction of the main buoy body and mooring leg systems. Setup and updated monthly cost report and cash planning in cost system. This project presented a unique challenge do to local content requirements and multiple companies involved which required careful development and analysis of consolidated cost reports.
