Chevron Australia – Wheatstone LNG Project (Greenfields): March 2013 – PresentTanks Project Engineer – FIFO to the Wheatstone Project site in Onslow, WA• Project Engineer in an assurance role for Chevron ABU, providing Technical assurance on the EPCM Contractor Tanks Engineering function to deliver the tanks in accordance with the projects safety, quality and delivery objectives.• Coordinated with the projects Quality Assurance Team, anticipating problems, giving early warning of non-conformance, recommending corrective solutions to problems and working with the EPCM Contractor to enable implementation of effective corrective strategies.• The role encompassd the scope of two different subcontractors, the first constructing two 150,000m3 LNG tanks and two 120,000m3 condensate tanks. The second subcontractor constructed and installed fifteen API650 and NFPA22/ AWWA tanks of varying sizes & services.• Before mobilisation, I took part in LNG tank design reviews in Houston. While on site, I carried out reviews of Contractor and Subcontractor documentation and deliverables, participated in HazIDs and actively engaged with the Contractor daily to ensure the tanks were constructed in accordance with Chevron safety and technical standards and the applicable International and Australian standards.

May ‘11 – March 2013: CSBP Kwinana works – Project EngineeringProject Engineer/ Project Manager• Project Engineer responsible for providing guidance to, and coordinating the efforts of, a sea-container manufacturing company and a design team from a well known design house. o Produced a design for an IMDG/ ADG7/ ASME 8/ Australian Standards compliant sea-container pressure vessel, capable of dissolving solid sodium cyanide at a clients mine site. o Engineer responsible for modifications to the existing sodium cyanide solids loading facility in CSBP which will incorporate the new container design. o Project budget estimate: Aus$850k (depending on final fleet size)• Project Engineer/ Manager responsible for the detailed design and development of a new mine site sodium cyanide “dissolution” tank facility and dissolution process which will become a “standard dissolution facility” for subsequent mine sites. Design reviews, P&ID reviews and a HAZOP were completed before the facility design drawings were issued for construction to a mine site customer. Project budget estimate: Aus$1.8M • Project Engineer/ Manager responsible for the detailed design of a 140kL “double-skinned tanks” sodium cyanide solution facility which has been adopted as the new sodium cyanide solution “standard facility”. Project budget: Aus$1.1M.• Project Engineer responsible for the installation of a high capacity forced draught fan in a sodium cyanide plant incinerator in order to reduce NOx emissions and minimise carbon pricing costs. o A step change in incinerator NOx emissions has been observed since fan installation. The OPEX savings made on carbon pricing will mean that the capital cost of the project will be recovered within 6 months of operation. Project budget: < Aus$100k.• Project Engineer - developed a 3D conceptual layout design & preliminary P&ID for a new Ammonium Nitrate Prill coating facility.

BP Australia FVC Asset Management: October 2010 – April 2011October ‘10 – April ‘11: BP Kewdale Terminal, BP (Rio Tinto) Tom Price Terminal & BP Kalgoorlie TerminalProject Engineer/ Site Supervisor- 6 month fixed-term contract (visa restricted)• Project Engineer/ Site Supervisor jointly responsible for the re-commissioning of a 1ML diesel tank after API653 repairs in Rio Tinto, Tom Price iron ore mine. Project budget: Aus$1.2M.• Site Supervisor/ Permit Authority in BP Kalgoorlie Terminal overseeing mechanical contractors installing pipe work in the “execute” phase of a BP “Opal” fuel project for regional WA. • Project Engineer assisting with the upgrade and installation of a Fire Fighting System upgrade project to ensure compliance with AS1940-2004 at BP Kalgoorlie Terminal.• Engineering resource for an engineering and standards audit at BP Kalgoorlie Terminal.• Project Engineer during an API653 based Inspection of an 8m dia. Diesel tank in BP Kalgoorlie Terminal. Octel regulations compliance for work in leaded environments was an important factor in the project.

Oct 2009 – June 2010: Whitegate RefineryMechanical Engineer within the Maintenance Departmento Lead Project Engineer for a chemical injection system which reduced chemical costs by €90k per annum. Developed financial justification and wrote CAPEX request for project budget of €300k.o Lead Project Engineer for several projects aimed at closing out findings from process HAZOPs.• Lead Mechanical Engineer on a project to rationalise spare parts for 550+ relief valves.May 2009 – Oct 2009: Whitegate Refinery Turnaround (Shutdown) 2009: Turnaround Mechanical Engineer reporting to the Turnaround Manager, responsible for:o Selection/ procurement of piping M.T.O.s and essential materials/ services required for the turnaround: - spare parts for furnaces, exchangers, valves and pumps. o Coordination of maintenance department work requests into the Turnaround plan.o Daily works supervision of piping tie-ins in 3 process units.July 2008 – May 2009: Whitegate Refinery: Graduate Mechanical Engineer/ Tankage Supervisor• Tankage Supervisor responsible for the overhaul and re-commissioning of a slops tank, 2 product tanks and a butane sphere.• Engineer responsible for a Sulphur Recovery Unit overhaul and re-commissioning in early 2009, coping with budget cuts. • Lead an energy efficiency project to rationalise the type of steam trap used on site in order to reduce leaks, steam generation costs and maintenance resource usage.May 2008 – July 2008: Bantry Bay oil terminal: Engineering Assistance for Maintenance Lead• Project Field Supervisor jointly responsible for contractor supervision on the overhaul of a 98,000m3 crude tank, ensuring that the tank was overhauled safely and in accordance with API 653.September 2007 – May 2008: Whitegate Refinery: Graduate Mechanical Engineer• Mechanical Engineer responsible for the planning, procurement, scope definition and coordination of resources in a Sulphur Recovery Unit overhaul and re-commissioning in early 2008.
