Environmental Remediation Project Manager with 33 years of experience including management, preparation, and implementation of variety of environmental research, military, regulatory, and commercial projects. Mr. Bolen's expertise is in the implementation of geological disciplines (e.g. hydrogeology and sedimentology) in the assessment of the environmental degradation at hazardous waste sites and/or operations included the delineation of contaminants, the assessment of hydrogeologic conditions using decision-based strategies, the development of conceptual site models, and the identification of source areas, exposure pathways, and receptors. In addition, Mr. Bolen is well versed in the regulatory guidelines and requirements for the USEPA Region II (RCRA/CERCLA) and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP).
