Manage the daily support of our Life, LTC and Annuity New Business/Underwriting platforms. This includes day-to-day break-fix efforts as well as minor system enhancements. Also manage the technical interfaces with a variety of medical underwriting requirement vendors that provide services for our Life and LTC underwriting process.

Lead small, medium and large scale system implementations across Life, LTC and Annuity platforms. Manage the design, development, testing and implementation of technical solutions that serve to support the case management and underwriting of Life, LTC and Annuity products. Areas of focus driven primarily by business strategy and the need for platform consolidation/simplification. Developed into a go-to aggressive change agent in the IT organization.
