Joined Avison Young in November 2018 as a Vice President specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, office and investment properties in the Savannah market. With 20 years of commercial real estate experience, I have secured prominent transactions in the area associated with companies and properties such as Whole Foods, Carmax, former Friedman’s Jewelers Headquarters, former riverfront Global Ship Systems and many more. Prior to joining Avison Young, I served as a Partner & Senior Advisor for SVN GASC. Beginning his career as a project manager with the Atlanta based general contractor, The Conlan Company, I specialized in commercial and industrial construction projects. To further build my foundation I became a sales associate with the global real estate specialist Binswanger, playing a vital role in the disposition, acquisition and leasing of major manufacturing facilities and distributions centers.I graduated from University of Georgia in 2002 earning a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a major in Real Estate. I returned home to Savannah in 2005 and have had numerous community affiliations.
