Root cause analysis for all internal non conformances in the manufacturing plants and laboratories, as well as establishing effective preventive/corrective actions to eliminate or reduce the chances for reoccurrence.

Position responsibilities include the auditing of all batch records and other documentation to ensure adherence to GMP/GLP/GDP guidelines. Other responsibilities include both internal and supplier auditing, performing investigations into internal and external non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing effective, long-term corrective actions.

Performed analytical/physical properties testing for the QC Finished Products laboratory. Testing performed included specific gravity, zahn / brookfield viscosity, color measurement and visual assessment, dispersion checks, IR, UV, etc.....as well as coating and disintegration testing for modified release products. Also have experience performing release testing on raw materials and lake products.
