I am currently Vice President of EPM Services, one of Central Florida's oldest and most respected management companies. EPM was founded in 1985 and currently manages over 50 properties. As a full service management company we provide management, accounting, property maintenance and facility management services to our client. Superior customer service sets EPM apart from all competitors.EPM Services presented a new and exciting opportunity to return to an industry I was involved with over 20 years ago. As founder of Premier Association Management, being a licensed Community Association Manager as well as a Board President, I bring a unique perspective to EPM having been on both sides of the fence of association management.Since joining EPM we have sustained 20% year over year growth the past four years. My challenge is to maintain and grow this trend in the coming years. This will be achieved with superior customer services and improved technology and reporting. With over thirty-five years in business I’ve learned several things. One is that people buy from people they like a trust, this truth has served me well over the years. Don’t oversell or undersell people because both will lead to problems. Understanding your customer’s requirements and business objectives will enable you to provide the right solution. Price and quality usually go hand in hand. The bottom line, people want to be treated fairly and with respect. My philosophy has always been to treat others as you would want to be treated. Never burn a bridge that you might have to cross again. When you surround yourself with quality people you can expect quality work.

My experience also includes a 20-year career with CA Technologies. While at CA, I served in several roles ranging from product development and support to sales and sales management. As Divisional Vice President and National Account Manager, I consistently earned CA’s prestigious Compass Club recognition including North America and Southeast top sales awards.
