Michael Bourne’s role as a Senior Manager at IBM Canada includes all aspects of Procurement Business Operations including the key areas of: Policy & Practices, Contract Management, Supplier Diversity, Business Controls, Resource Management , Ombudsman and Procurement’s Financial Plan as well as liaison to represent Canada on several Global Procurement teams.During Michael's career in Management he has led teams in Parts Logistics, Finance & Planning, Resource Planning, Business Controls and Commissions & Incentives leading up to his present role of Senior Procurement Manager. Prior to his roles in management, Michael held many varied staff roles in areas such as : Administration, Education, Finance & Planning and Revenue & Resource Planning. Michael serves as a Director on two of Canada's leading Supplier Diversity associations : CAMSC and WBE Canada.
