• Running weekly, monthly and quarterly reports implemented by myself to assess with the Sales Director to identify and action any improvements that can be made within the company in relation to budget, event management.
• Planning over 24 art events throughout the year with strong organisation to ensure galleries are properly stocked, they have marketing and point of sale ready and all operational processes are followed properly. This.
• Identify and exploit trends in the art market by increasing the overall stock quality through astute buying and stock rotation through our 6 galleries.
