With hands-on experience as a laborer and active involvement in a laborers union, I bring a unique perspective to my work in historic rebuilds and mixed-use property development.I recently graduated from St. Lawrence University with three majors: Psychology, Finance and Business. Where I was also the member of the St. Lawrence Football Team. I am currently taking the NYS Real Estate Salesperson Exam/Class and hope to use this license to work as a Real Estate agent for Morrisroe Lynn Real Property Services to better expand Real Estate operations. I have been an intern in the past for Morrisroe Lynn Development LLC a father company to Morrisroe Lynn Real Property Services. During my time as an intern I assisted in historical property development, through researching properties, preparation of financial projections, sitting in on closing calls and historical tax credit/lending negotiations with investors and commercial banks, managing checklist items and many other things. This time as an intern gave me the background and skills in project management, financial analysis and real estate transactions. I have spent most of my young life working with my hands whether that be side jobs or for Local 157 Laborer's Union, and I am excited to use these skills in the next chapter of my life. I'm passionate about Real Estate Development and I'm always looking for opportunities to connect, learn and work together with other professionals.
