• Responsible for the daily operation of the F&B/Hotel OperationsAssumed Hotel Director position when necessary/required (1985-1989 & 2002-2007).• Involved in the start up of all three vessels of the NCLA fleet;Pride of Aloha, Pride of America, and Pride of Hawaii.• Instrumental in the training and promotion of hundreds of New Crew members and numerous NCL/NCLA Department Head Managers and Supervisors.• Managed 9 years 10 months (1981-1989) for NCL on the World’s Largest Cruise Ship “SS Norway”.

Oversaw as many as 12 Country Club Food & Beverage Operations at one time and a total of 19 F&B Operations over the 13+ years of service.Involved in all pre-opening duties such as: menu concept, staffing and training, kitchen design, bids on kitchen equipment and small wares, and budgets. Worked closely with all related Board and Member Committees.Simultaneously performed all of the daily operational duties as General Manager at the newest Country Club facility while fulfilling the Corporate Food & Beverage Directorship.
