I lead our business intelligence practice supporting the Global Strategic Sourcing and Finance organizations. Leveraging data analytics I am responsible for our spend reporting and analytics, aligning with finance on our reporting capabilities. I also provide ad hoc support for GSS programs including SRM, Category Strategy, Supply Chain and Cost Reduction initiatives

Built an organization-wide technology costing model from scratch for an international logistics company. Met with key stakeholders to get inputs and then leveraged advanced excel skills in order to present a finalized model to CIO and leadership team. Performed a vendor assessment on behalf of a major cruise line company to evaluate their protein buying department. Worked directly with the CPO and their team to fully evaluate various contracts, orders, and forward planning for the department.

Led projects around process improvements, financial assessments, corporate strategy, company valuations and operational enhancements. Specialized in clients going through transition, particularly in the M&A space, pre-IPO, and company re-location. Served as lead senior on a financial due diligence project that closed with a $2B acquisition. Led the day to to day project logistics, managed budgets, interacted with client management teams including C-suite executives and department heads, and presented all findings, developed operational plans and managed expectations. Completed ad hoc data analysis to make detailed recommendations for process improvements and presented findings to key stakeholders at the client.

I had ownership of project budgets, client deliverables, and day to day communication with client management teams, as well as experience working through mergers/acquisitions at numerous companies. My finance background enabled me to facilitate smooth transitions for our clients as they prepared to take the next steps in their journeys.

Worked on various client portfolios and assisted financial advisors with the development and review of client presentations, annuities, and provided assistance with client meeting preparation. Additionally, I aided in portfolio and asset allocation recommendations and the calculation of yield returns for various mutual funds and investments. I also assisted in online and social media marketing for the firm.

Worked as an analyst intern to perform research on stocks, bonds, alternative investments and general market conditions. Summarizing weekly and monthly financial reports and recommendations from the Morgan Stanley back office, it gave me an appreciation for always being informed on the market and our economy. While Listening in on conference calls of various industries, sectors, and specific stocks and creating summaries of the general synopsis, it gave me an important insight into what drives financial markets.

I performed market research on companies across different industries and worked to determine fair market value. I was tasked with identifying whether or not these companies fit in the scope of what was looking to be acquired by our client. I identified dynamic companies that were attractive for an acquisition and could help grow acquiring companies' businesses in a profitable, sustainable way.
