I work for Peloton but my journey here is coming to an end due to the business needs changing.Based in Northampton, as a Brand Ambassador. In my role I am managing the delivery and installation of Peloton products into members homes, ensuring quality customer service is provided throughout the delivery process alongside focusing on presentation of the members new product.I have consistently delivered exemplary customer service skills throughout my employment, responding swiftly and knowledgeably to a range of issues, ascertaining client needs, and gathering and disseminating the necessary information.
