Brand Ambassador
Current• Experience in the delivery, installation and presentation of the Peloton Bike, within the required time slots• Ensure I am passionate in performing all aspects of the role and extra tasks upon request of the Operations Supervisors, or offering to take on extra tasks• Contact customers ahead of arrival to ensure they can be prepared for the delivery• Consistently provide the quality “White Glove” service Peloton stand by, keeping a highly positive customer feedback track record• Carry out vehicle checks before loading, double checking with the Brand Ambassador I am working with• Check the route for the day and being prepared for any delays on route• Process deliveries using the work phones and the system FSL• Inspection and assembly of the Peloton bike both in the warehouse and at Members homes• Build relationships within the whole team at all staffing levels, sharing new information or any problem solving I have experienced to help the team stay optimised• Assist in coaching tempory staff and new starters
