· In charge of HR operation procedures for employee’s full life cycle from onboard to exit.· Cooperate with payroll and compensation benefit team for all benefit transaction, monthly payroll processing, retirement calculation and employee social insurance advice.· Expert on the legal compliance with labor and employment laws, and acts as the contact for local government for labor inspections, complete mandatory salary surveys, pension book.· Work with global mobility team and external vendor to ensure the employee relocation process, visa, and tax matters.· Assist HRBP with ad hoc projects, such as intern and RDSS program and HR open forum.
