I also designed and executed a study of current shrink-wrap, ultimately making the recommendation to switch wraps. The switch saved the factory ~$5000 a year in costs while increasing quality by ~10%. This change was driven by minor improvements in shrink-wrap technology. And I completed multiple injection molding ‘Paulson’ training courses, giving me greater understanding of the industry.
