CurrentKey Competencies:Case Management:- Assist attorneys in managing a high-volume caseload, from inception to resolution.- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and readily accessible.Legal Research and Analysis:- Conduct thorough legal research on relevant employment laws, regulations, and case precedents.- Prepare detailed legal memoranda and summaries to support the defense strategy.Drafting and Filing:- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.- File documents with the court and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures.Discovery Process:- Coordinate and manage the discovery process, including the collection, review, and production of documents.- Prepare and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.Client Interaction:- Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address inquiries.- Assist in preparing clients for depositions, hearings, and trials.Deposition and Trial Preparation:- Organize and prepare exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.- Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials, including coordinating logistics and creating demonstrative evidence.Administrative Support:- Schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.- Perform administrative duties such as time entry, billing, and maintaining calendars.
