I am a partner in the Private Equity Group of Lowenstein Sandler LLP, resident in the New York City and Roseland, NJ offices. I serve as lead counsel to large and middle-market buyout funds and private companies. My practice focuses on complex transactional issues involving private equity and venture capital, such as leveraged buyouts, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, recapitalizations, private equity investments, divestitures, and corporate restructuring (both in and out of bankruptcy), as well as general corporate governance.
