The role of an Online driver is a time oriented role. Involving delivering shopping to customers within an allocated hourly slot. Vehicle checking the van to make sure it is safe to depart from store, and maintaining professionalism and quality service at the customers premise, driving around our delivery area within Yorkshire.

I operated in dealing with parking and visitors querys on seating and where to go for things such as food, drink and exits. I was also trained to operate a radio, as there were moments I was alone. Working on exit gates, and raising any issues by contacting control.The role also meant confronting any fans who were becoming either violent, speaking vulgar language deemed not acceptable, or were deemed drunk due to the legislation within a football ground.
