Manage team of cad operators, and coordinators to manage and administer wide range of construction documents and delivery of new window washing equipment for various facilities and/or alterations/modifications to existing facilities. This position includes liaison with client to prepare shop drawings, on-site coordination, quality control, coordination installations and all aspects of project management.

Preparation of Contract Documents for Simple, large and moderately complex construction and operations/maintenance projects.
