- Involved with initial commissioning of brand new state of the art concentrator plant.- Operating Central Control Room with Delta-V DCS focusing on maximum through put of a 60,000 tonne per day SAG and Ball Mill circuit with a secondary crushing circuit while monitoring primary crushing, grinding, floatation, and dewatering circuits.- Working closely with all departments to achieve safety and production goals.- Assume delegation and floor supervisory duties of an 8 man operations crew.

-Assumed delegation and supervisory duties of an eight man operations crew in a lead hand position- Operated Central Control Room with Foxboro DCS focusing on maximum through put of a 20,000 tonne per day SAG and Ball Mill circuit with a secondary crushing circuit while monitoring primary crushing, grinding, floatation, and dewatering circuits while acting as the emergency response centre.- Operated bulk floatation circuit with autotec rougher cells , regrind mill and cleaner columns while utilizing reagents such as PAX, Danaflot 251, TNC 312 and frother's such as MIBC, X7002, F2, Dowfroth 250 to maximize recovery and final concentrate grade. - Working closely with all departments to achieve safety and production goals.- Operated primary gyratory crushing, Copper filtration press and SAG and Ball Mill grinding circuits.- Primary WCB Occupational First Aid Level 3 Attendant for Mill Department.- Served as crew representative on Occupational Health and Safety Committee.- Certified Bobcat, Forklift, and Front End Loader Operator.- Completed such courses as WCB Accident and Incident Investigation, H2S Alive, Surface Mine Rescue, and Queen's University School of Mining Professional Supervisor Training.
