Elite Command Training (ECT) - is a women-owned instructional services company, which began in 2010. ECT instructional training capabilities have expanded expediently over the last 14 years. We have evolved into a recognized educational leader as a valid and reliable instructional service company serving law enforcement, fire, EOC, emergency management personnel, and all first responders at the local, county, state, national, and tribal levels with over 25 experienced instructors as part of our cadre. We customize the all-hazard emergency scenarios to meet the expectations of multiple response agencies. From our previous course offerings, we have designed and developed relevant AHIMT exercise scenarios that have specifically been customized for the local area. Our participants have enjoyed the “all hazard” exercise scenarios including, Train bombing with multiple injuries, Wildland Fire threatening multiple communities with large scale evacuations, Civil Unrest at POTUS rally, and 7.0 Earthquake, Flooding and Hurricane scenarios. This type of learning curriculum incorporates cognitive and psycho motor learning domains that provides theparticipants with real-life exercise scenarios that they would encounter in their day-to-day emergency management working environments.
