Mike is the Country Manager and VP of Sales for North America for Colt Technology Services, a global network services provider that enables customers’ digital transformation through agile and on-demand, high bandwidth solutions. The Colt IQ Network connects over 800 data centres across Europe, Asia and North America’s largest business hubs, with over 25,000 on-net buildings and growing. Mike was appointed to this position in 2016, after serving for 3 years as the US Managing Director for KVH Co LLC, Colt's sister company based in Tokyo. Since that time, he has built a world class sales and sales support organization in North America to help Colt further establish itself as a leading global network provider. In this role, Mike is responsible for leading three distinct sales teams: OTT/Wholesale, Enterprise and Channel. During his tenure as SVP of Sales, Colt's NA team has rapidly expanded with revenues growing over 30% year on year.Mike held previous sales leadership positions at Level 3 and Global Crossing, and has an exceptional track record of success throughout his sales leadership career.

Built and led US sales organization for KVH LLC, a Japan-based telco and sister company to Colt. Responsible for the acquisition, management and growth of US based carriers, OTT and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and large multinational enterprises needing connectivity and data center services in APAC. Customers included AT&T, Verizon, Level (3), CenturyLink, Masergy, Google, Microsoft, Amazon and many others. During his time at KVH, Mike closed the largest data center deal in the company's history (over $300M USD) with one of the world's foremost CSPs.

Following the acquisition of Global Crossing, Mike was announced as Director of Sales for Level (3)'s Global Partner Program. In this role, Mike led a nationwide sales team focused on positioning Level (3) as the network partner of choice for many of the leading international telcos including AT&T, Verizon, CenturyLink, T-Systems, Singtel, China Telecom, NTT, etc. The team enjoyed many successes under Mike's leadership including a massive 600 site project for one of the world largest manufacturing companies.

Built and managed one of the company's highest performing sales teams, selling into the OTT, IP, wholesale, VoIP and CDN markets. Mike's team was responsible for many of the company's marquis customers including Google, Akamai, Limelight, Vonage, Internap and many more.Mike was a six time Global Crossing "Circle of Excellence" award recipient (2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010).
