Mike’s focus is on assisting families around the country in the establishment, implementation and review/evaluation of their investment plans.Mike is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He entered the financial services industry in 1981 as an advisor with Drexel Burnham Lambert’s office in Fresno. In 1988, he earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation from the College for Financial Planning. In 2016, in collaboration with 5 other experienced financial advisors, he established the independent investment advisory company/practice, Encore Investment Advisors.Mike was a member of the California Air National Guard, joining as a jet engine mechanic in 1970. In 1973, he was selected to attend USAF Pilot training and in 1974 returned to Fresno as a pilot in in the 194th Fighter Squadron. He retired from military service in 1993 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.As a Financial Advisor, Mike’s goal is to establish a long-term, personal relationship with his clients, through ongoing discussion, and development, of client’s goals and objectives.
