Michael was responsible for the configuration of Ecova products to specific utility service territories, including directing and coordinating design teams to configure midstream commercial programs for Ecova clients. Michael also developed and oversaw strategies to support a healthy pipeline of potential programs and support sales and program management activity. Michael also served as Ecova Utility Solutions Quality Manager, supporting an initiative to establish a process centered management of programs and support functions throughout Utility Solutions. This included delivering trainings to utility employees demonstrating process management practices and standards, as well as providing direct support and process improvement consulting to multiple utility programs resulting in more efficient implementation.
