I lead our Client Experience Team here at COHO and work on several organizational and executive elements focused on COHO's betterment and growth.

At Deskey, I had extensive client service experience in many areas including packaging, brand strategy, and in-store marketing. I ran hundreds projects in my tenure and managed the relationships for a significant amount of clients. My client's included Procter & Gamble, Inuit, Bush Beans, St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Walmart, and many more.

Orchard Lending Solutions, my second venture in business ownership, was a mortgage planning firm dedicated to helping clients integrate their current and future home buying and property investing goals with their other financial goals. Unfortunately, it closed in the midst of the financial crisis.My responsibilities included:- Business planning- Marketing- Management- Operations

AraStar Lending was a startup created between a business partner and myself. We had early successes and created a positive cash flow within our first six months. At its height during my involvement, it employed eighteen people. Eventually, I sold my ownership interest to pursue other opportunities.My responsibilities included:- Revenue model creation- Development of compensation models- Business development- Management- Legal compliance

Aegis Lending Corp. (a division of Aegis Mortgage) was where I got my start in the financial sector. I started as a Loan Officer but was quickly recognized for my commitment to our branch. Outside my sales and management accomplishments, one of the highlights was being selected as one of eight people in the country to develop a new loan origination system. My responsibilities included:- Managing a sales staff of 5- Profit and Loss accountability- Presentations at regional meetings- Loan originaltion
