Managed the development, preparation and approval process of Brand Operations Capital project requests that improved operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and financial performance (reducing 2014 fuel expense by over $15M) - Oct 2014 to Apr 2015.• Collaborate with Brand Leadership for Capital submission justification; presentation to the Capital Committee for approval (Marine, Hotel, Onboard Revenue and Energy Management). • Review vessel deliveries with the New building Department for efficiencies that can be retrofit to older tonnage. • Develop financial models, projections and ad hoc reporting for special projects.• Facilitate the quarterly reporting of work in progress and forecasting in-service dates.• Track financial metrics and provide governance over approved projects; quantify performance upon activity completion.
